Meghan Keates

Owner of The Bristol, Somerset & Wiltshire Wedding Awards, The Wedding EmporiumThe Wedding Showcase and The Wedding Business Circle.

Meghan has been heavily involved with the wedding industry for over six years, with a huge passion and wealth of knowledge of both weddings and events, she thoroughly enjoys helping any fellow industry friends and using her experience to help at every given opportunity and has a special interest in Branding and Marketing.

Founder of the award-winning The Wedding Emporium and The Wedding Showcase, The Wedding Business Circle and now, new co-owner of The Bristol & Somerset Wedding Awards, becoming a judge for the first time this year has been a dream come true for her!

Victoria Barrett

Owner of The Bristol & Somerset Wedding Awards, The Wedding EmporiumThe Wedding Showcase and The Wedding Business Circle.

Victoria has worked within the wedding industry for over five years having made the move from a corporate career. She has been a partner in The Wedding Emporium since 2017 but has worked directly with the company in the wedding industry since 2015.

 

As well as The Wedding Emporium & The Wedding Showcase, Victoria Co-Founded The Wedding Business Circle with Meghan in 2017 and loves working supporting small businesses with their digital Marketing.  Victoria has a special interest in the Facebook group of platforms and specifically digital advertising.

Jill Bowen

Owner at 5 Star Celebrations and business adviser at the FSB.

Jill Bowen has been in the wedding business since 2006, in partnership with her daughter Jess Mason.

 

Beginning with The Chocolate Fountain Ladies for several years building a solid reputation, the company was then re branded and now know as 5 Star Celebrations, Wedding and Event Decor.

Jill is also an established FSB business adviser, helping business owners create firm foundations to help their business fly.

Sam Savage

Owner of South Coast Weddings and Dorset and Hampshire Wedding Supplier Awards.

Wedding Planner, Sam Savage, of award-winning wedding planning company South Coast Weddings, has been working in the industry since 2012 with a more general background in events prior to this.

Sam has gained an excellent reputation in the Dorset wedding industry as a wedding planner as well as organiser of The Dorset Wedding Supplier Awards and The Hampshire Wedding Supplier Awards.

She is extremely passionate about helping wedding suppliers develop and succeed and has a mutual love of supporting The Wedding Wishing Well Foundation.

Daniel Roberts

Danny owns and runs Marquee Elegance, a family business that has been involved in the wedding and event industry since the 80s. Danny has expanded the business whilst keeping pace with marquee and events technology driving new innovations in comfort and style such as: Accessible wood flooring, Dance floors, Lighting and heating, Staging and Furniture.

Marquee Elegance originally traded from a yard behind the family home in Poole and now hires marquees from a head office in Shillingstone to locations across Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset and Wiltshire.

Michelle Eddahar

Michelle Eddahar is that rare thing; a business powerhouse with a big heart and a wicked sense of humour.

 

Michelle has over 25 years of experience in business and uses that skill and knowledge to help others, including a successful business consulting focusing on SME’s and a professional, elite-level sports therapy business.

Michelle founded Business Women in which helps the self-employed and corporate businesswomen to gain connections, make collaborations that enhance growth in member's businesses. In her role as founder of Business Women in, she now supports 10 Counties across the UK with an impressive growth strategy in the making. This includes hundreds of Meet Ups and BIG Events already scheduled for 2020

Michelle is a business consultant, a frequent speaker and is passionate about facilitating networking opportunities for business people.
