We have created a media pack to help you make the most out of your awards entry, ensure you read it in full and take on board all the advice within it.  This will enable you to ensure that your entry is of an excellent calibre and, hopefully, stand out from the crowd.  Remember, you are not going to be boring the judges, they want to know as much as possible to order to score your business accordingly.

It’s FREE to enter The Bristol, Somerset and Wiltshire Wedding Awards, however the team would appreciate and be thankful for any donations made towards The Wedding Wishing Well Foundation charity, you can do at the bottom of the entry form.

Couples who have had their wedding day between the 1st January 2019 until 31st December 2019 will be able to vote for you. Any other dates, or votes from other parties, will not be counted. Please don’t be disheartened if you are new to the industry and feel you haven’t been a part of many weddings to consider entering, voting is a part of your score, but a significant part of your overall score is from your entry and the judging process. So be sure to get involved and show your passion and love for the industry in your entry. We also run a category for best newcomer to the industry, so new businesses have a chance of taking away an award as well.

When couples are voting, they must fill the voting form in full for their vote to count.  Only the couple can vote, no family members, even if they paid for the service.

To enter the awards, you must be based with a registered address in one of the following postcodes:

BA (All), BA (All), BS (All), SN (All), TA (All), SP1, SP2, SP3, SP4, SP5, SP8, GL5, GL6, GL7, GL8, GL9, GL10, GL11, GL12, GL13, DT8, DT9, DT10.

All categories will be judged on the average overall scores given by your couples and their feedback and by the full judging process. The judges will evaluate your entry and the scores, and feedback given by your couples to decide upon the winners.

If there are less than 2 entries per category, then these will be combined under Wedding Services.

The Blogger category will work on a two-part system. Firstly, we will take into account any votes that are cast, but our judges will also independently judge these based on design, ease of use and content. This has been implemented as it is felt that this category is difficult to just be decided on voter scores & comments.

If you wish to enter more than one category (You can enter up to 3), you will need to fill out the form each time as each category will be voted for and judged separately.
